The chalet features six elegant bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious living area with high vaulted ceilings, panoramic windows and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting alpine atmosphere.
You can unwind in the 80 m² private wellness area with Finnish and bio sauna, a panoramic relaxation room, and a heated outdoor infinity whirlpool (36–38°C). Additional highlights include a private home cinema with gaming consoles, three private parking spaces near the cable car and a heated ski locker for maximum convenience.

The Spaces
Lower Level
The lower level is dedicated to rest and privacy. A private wellness area unfolds in a serene setting, featuring a Finnish sauna, a two-person infrared cabin and rain and waterfall effect showers. A separate relaxation zone is perfect for moments of quiet recovery after a day outdoors. On this floor are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom designed to offer both comfort and discretion. A spacious third double bedroom, complete with its own private bathroom, provides additional flexibility for families or groups of friends. A wine cellar houses a curated selection of local, Italian and international labels. Also on this level, a heated ski room with direct access from the parking area includes individual ski lockers and a professional drying system, allowing for a seamless ski-in/ski-out experience from slopes to home.
Main Level
The main level forms the central living space of the residence. Flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, the open-plan living area frames views of the surrounding mountains. A central fireplace divides the lounge from the dining area and kitchen, creating distinct spaces while preserving openness. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and centered around a rustic dining table and corner bench designed for relaxed, shared meals. From here, doors open directly onto the spacious terrace and garden level. The outdoor space features al fresco dining, a grill and a heated hot tub available year-round. Whether in winter under clear alpine skies or in summer evenings overlooking green meadows, the terrace extends the living area outward. Also on this level, the master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, along with direct access to a private balcony and terrace.
Upper Level
The upper level offers a more intimate retreat. A small lounge area with sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for two guests, enclosed in warm natural wood tones. A quiet corner perfect for reading, relaxing, or simply enjoying the stillness of the mountains.
The Area
Chalet The View is set in Plan de Corones (Kronplatz), one of South Tyrol’s most established mountain regions. In winter, the slopes begin just beyond the door, offering immediate access to one of the Dolomites’ most extensive ski areas. In summer, the landscape opens to hiking paths, cycling routes and high-altitude walks across wide alpine meadows.
The surrounding region combines mountain stillness with cultural depth. Traditional alpine huts coexist with refined dining experiences, while nearby Brunico offers a historic centre, museums and cafés. Valdaora provides everyday convenience and lift access, maintaining a close connection to local life.
