The main living level forms the heart of the chalet, where an elegant lounge with large sofas and a fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Expansive windows frame panoramic views over Cortina and the surrounding peaks, bringing natural light into every corner.
The living area flows into a spacious dining setting and a fully equipped high-tech kitchen, complemented by a wet bar, making the space ideal for both relaxed family meals and entertaining. A private office provides an area for work, reading or moments of retreat.

Sleeping Quarters
The upper floors are dedicated to rest and privacy, hosting six bedrooms. The master suite stands out for its generous proportions, featuring a private terrace and balcony, walk-in wardrobe and elegant en-suite bathrooms.
The remaining double bedrooms are equally refined, each with en-suite bathrooms finished in fine Italian marble, combining comfort with timeless design. An additional room with bunk beds offers a flexible solution for children or families.
