Chalet Ortisei South is located in Ortisei, in the heart of Val Gardena, just a short distance from the village centre and the ski lifts connecting to the Dolomiti Superski area. Combining privacy with a convenient location close to shops, restaurants and scenic mountain trails, the chalet offers an ideal base for exploring the Dolomites throughout the year.
Designed across three spacious floors, the chalet features bright and welcoming interiors where contemporary alpine style meets natural materials and clean, elegant lines. The open-plan living area centres around a generous kitchen and dining space, complemented by a comfortable lounge with large sofas.
The chalet accommodates up to six guests in three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony, offering a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful alpine light throughout the rooms. On the lower level, guests enjoy direct access to the shared garden and wellness area, which includes sauna, relaxation spaces, fitness area, yoga corner and an outdoor hot tub.
For larger families or groups travelling together, Chalet Ortisei South can be connected to the neighbouring Chalet Ortisei North, forming an elegant alpine residence while maintaining the comfort and independence of two private homes.

Top Floor – Entrance & Living Level
The entrance level opens into a bright and welcoming living space centred around a large open kitchen and dining area. The dining table for six faces the kitchen, creating a sociable setting for meals and conversation. Two balconies extend from the living and dining areas, bringing natural light into the space and offering views of the surrounding mountains. Adjacent to the dining area, the lounge features spacious sofas and a television, creating a relaxed and comfortable area to unwind after a day outdoors.
First Floor – Sleeping Quarters
The upper floor is dedicated to rest and privacy. Three double bedrooms each feature their own en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private balcony, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the fresh alpine air and mountain views.
Ground Floor – Garden & Wellness Access
The lower ground floor opens onto the garden shared with Chalet Ortisei North, offering a peaceful outdoor space to relax in the fresh mountain air. This level also provides access to the shared wellness area, where guests can unwind in the sauna, relaxation areas and outdoor whirlpool after a day spent exploring the Dolomites.

Chalet Ortisei South is set in a privileged position in Ortisei, in the heart of Val Gardena, one of the most renowned valleys in the Dolomites. The location combines the charm of a lively alpine village with immediate access to the surrounding mountains and the vast Dolomiti Superski area.
In winter, the nearby Seceda and Alpe di Siusi ski lifts connect guests to over 1,200 kilometres of slopes across the Dolomiti Superski network. In summer, the landscape transforms into a natural playground for hiking, mountain biking and scenic alpine walks, with countless trails beginning directly from the village.
