The Spaces

Chalet Dolomites

Street Level

The street level forms the heart of Chalet Dolomites. A double-height open-plan living area unfolds beneath exposed beams, creating a sense of volume and light. Several lounge corners invite relaxation, while a dedicated TV area offers a more intimate retreat within the larger space. At its centre, a generous sofa ensemble surrounds a fireplace that subtly separates the living area from the kitchen and dining zone. The professional, fully equipped kitchen features a large central island and sits beside a dining table for approximately ten guests, designed for shared meals and relaxed gatherings. Panoramic windows frame sweeping mountain views and open onto a balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening aperitifs. A staircase connects this level to both the mezzanine above and the sleeping quarters below.

Lower Ground Level

A central corridor clad in aged wood and anchored by an original historic fireplace leads to the sleeping quarters, preserving the heritage character of the farmhouse. This level hosts four bedrooms. Two traditional Stube rooms retain their original Stube ovens and connect to adjacent smaller bedrooms with single beds, ideal for families. A further double bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double basin. A spacious shared bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub serves the Stube rooms and the dedicated children’s bedroom, which features two bunk beds accommodating up to four guests. Two exits from the corridor open directly onto the garden, reinforcing the connection between interior and landscape.

Extending across the width of the chalet, the mezzanine provides an additional lounge area overlooking the valley. This elevated space enhances the sense of openness while offering a quieter corner within the home. Also on this level is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, spacious walk-in shower and ample wardrobe space, complemented by a working desk. A separate guest toilet completes the floor, ensuring comfort and flexibility for families or larger groups.

Cellar

The cellar level reveals a vast central space with original vaulted ceilings, creating an atmosphere that is both authentic and generous in scale. Here you will find the technical room with central heating, a laundry room with washing and drying facilities, a ski room equipped with boot heaters, and a wine cellar stocked with local and international labels — ideal for quieter evenings or après-ski moments at home.

The Garden

The south-facing garden can be accessed from multiple levels of the chalet, allowing fluid movement between indoors and outdoors. Bathed in sunlight throughout the day, it offers a dining area for al fresco meals and a lounge corner designed for relaxed afternoons. From here, panoramic views extend across the Dolomites, reinforcing the sense of privacy and immersion in the surrounding alpine landscape.
