The estate is composed of two independent chalets (Chalet Saslong North and South) that can be enjoyed separately or seamlessly combined, creating one of the most exclusive private residences in the area, accommodating up to 18 guests. Top Floor – Entrance Level
The entrance level welcomes guests into two distinct open-plan living spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted views of the Sella Group, Sassolungo peaks and the iconic Saslong slope. Each chalet features a spacious lounge arranged around a gas fireplace, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Refined dining areas sit before the panoramic windows, while fully equipped modern kitchens with central islands and bar seating anchor the social core of each residence. Large terraces extend from both living areas, furnished with outdoor seating and designed for quiet moments in the alpine air. Guest WCs complete this level in each chalet.
First Floor – Sleeping Quarters
The first floors are dedicated to privacy and rest. Across the estate, spacious double bedrooms feature oversized 200 × 210 cm beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with walk-in showers or bathtubs. In Chalet Saslong South, the master bedroom features a bathtub within the room in addition to its en-suite bathroom, while in Chalet North the master suite offers generous proportions and direct balcony access.
Lower Ground Floor – Wellness & Relaxation
The lower levels of both chalets are devoted to wellness. Each residence includes a private spa area with an indoor swimming pool featuring integrated whirlpool, a sauna and a dedicated relaxation zone overlooking the Val Gardena landscape. Additional flexible rooms on these levels may serve as extra bedrooms, massage rooms or private guest spaces, depending on configuration. When combined, Chalet Saslong offers two independent spa areas, a rare feature that allows distribution and discretion within a larger group.
