The Spaces
Ground Level
The ground floor welcomes guests through a private courtyard that gently separates the chalet from the road, offering parking for up to four cars and ensuring both discretion and ease of access. Inside, a wardrobe area provides a comfortable arrival space. This level hosts three bedrooms, all oriented toward the garden and surrounding mountains. The first bedroom enjoys direct access to the garden and features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, furnished with a French bed, also opens directly onto the garden through floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing light and landscape to become part of the interior atmosphere.
Main Level
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where a spacious living area opens onto a panoramic terrace. The open-plan space combines a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, creating a natural gathering point within the chalet. Also on this level is an elegant double bedroom with a semi-open en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and views of the surrounding mountains. The large double terrace extends the living space outdoors, offering a dining table and the possibility for barbecues, an ideal setting for relaxed meals overlooking the alpine scenery.
Upper Level – Penthouse
The top floor hosts an independent penthouse suite, conceived as a private retreat within the chalet. It features a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom and a cosy living area with a second fully equipped kitchen. The sofa can accommodate an additional guest when needed. From the balcony, panoramic views open toward the Fanes peaks. The penthouse may also be rented separately for a more exclusive stay, accessed through the main entrance via a dedicated internal staircase.
The Garden
The garden provides a peaceful outdoor retreat in every season. A hot tub/pool, heated from May to September, becomes the focal point of the space, complemented by lawn areas, a ping-pong table and a dining table for al fresco meals. The outdoor setting is natural and discreet, designed for unhurried moments while overlooking the surrounding mountains.
Lower Ground Level
The lower ground floor includes a ski room with washing machine facilities, ensuring practicality throughout the year. A small wellness area, equipped with Finnish and infrared saunas and relaxation loungers, offers a quiet space for restoration after a day outdoors.

Chalet La Villa is set in the heart of Val Badia, surrounded by the UNESCO-listed Dolomites and deeply shaped by Ladin culture. In winter, the slopes connect directly to the Dolomiti Superski area and the renowned Sellaronda circuit. In summer, the same mountains open to hiking paths, cycling routes and via ferrata trails beneath iconic peaks such as Sas dla Crusc and Piz La Ila.
