Adjacent to the dining area, the fully equipped modern kitchen is designed for both practicality and social gatherings. Bedrooms
The apartment features three spacious king-size bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Large windows allow natural light to fill the rooms while offering calming views of the surrounding landscape. Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom, finished with high-quality materials. Two of the bathrooms feature both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, while the third offers a walk-in shower, creating flexible and comfortable options for guests.

Positioned directly on the slopes, the residence offers true ski-in/ski-out access to the Dolomiti Superski area and the legendary Sellaronda circuit, allowing guests to step straight from the chalet onto one of the most iconic ski networks in the world.
In summer, the same mountains transform into a vast natural playground with panoramic hiking trails, mountain biking routes and via ferrata beneath dramatic peaks such as Sassongher, Piz Boè and the Sella Group.
