Chalet Selva

The lower level of Chalet Selva is dedicated to gathering, dining and entertainment. A spacious open-plan lounge and bar area creates a warm and convivial atmosphere, with a counter and stools overlooking comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen television that transforms the room into a private cinema space for relaxed evenings indoors. Adjacent to the living area, a generous dining space centers around a large wooden table designed to host up to fourteen guests, making it ideal for shared meals with family or friends. A professional fully equipped kitchen supports private chefs and elaborate dinners, allowing the entire floor to function as a refined social hub. Also on this level, a private gym provides space for daily workouts, while a wine cabinet and an additional gas fireplace add warmth and character to the room, creating a welcoming environment for long evenings together after a day in the mountains.

The chalet is surrounded by beautifully designed outdoor spaces that extend the living areas into the alpine landscape. A large mountain-view jacuzzi sits at the centre of the garden, accompanied by a fire pit with grill, al fresco dining table and multiple lounge areas with sunbeds and comfortable sofas. Whether for summer lunches, sunset aperitifs or quiet moments beneath the Dolomite sky, these outdoor settings create a natural continuation of the chalet’s interior spaces, allowing guests to experience the mountains in every season.

A spacious private underground garage with electric charging stations connects directly to the chalet via elevator and staircase. From here, an underground corridor leads to the neighbouring luxury chalet located approximately 50 metres away, allowing larger groups to stay close while maintaining the independence and privacy of separate residences.
