Chalet Lukas is an alpine home located in the village of La Villa, in the heart of Alta Badia, offering panoramic views of the surrounding Dolomites. Set in a peaceful and secluded area, the chalet combines privacy and tranquillity with the convenience of being just a short walk from scenic trails, restaurants and local wine bars.
The chalet blends traditional alpine character with elegant contemporary design. Interiors are defined by reclaimed wood, clean lines and carefully selected modern fabrics, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels both authentic and sophisticated. Large windows frame the breathtaking mountain scenery, bringing the beauty of the Dolomites into the living spaces.
Spanning approximately 195 m² indoors with generous outdoor areas, Chalet Lukas accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. The outdoor spaces invite relaxation in every season, with a garden, an outdoor lounge and a private hot tub where guests can unwind while enjoying the exceptional mountain views.

The Spaces
Main Level
The entrance opens into a luminous open-plan living space where large glass walls frame breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The kitchen and dining area feel almost suspended above the landscape, allowing guests to share meals while overlooking the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen flows naturally into the dining area, creating a welcoming space for cooking, gathering and enjoying long alpine dinners together. Adjacent to the dining area, the comfortable living space opens directly onto the garden through large sliding doors. From here, guests can step outside to enjoy the chalet’s outdoor living areas, perfect for relaxing in every season. Also on this level are two bedrooms with king-size beds, designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. These rooms share a spacious bathroom, making this floor practical for families or groups traveling together.
Upper Level
The upper level is dedicated to rest and privacy. Here you will find three additional bedrooms, including two rooms with king-size beds and a third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers serve this floor, each offering beautiful views of the surrounding peaks. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, maintaining a constant connection with the mountain landscape.
Outdoor Spaces
The chalet is surrounded by 270 m² of outdoor areas, designed to fully embrace the beauty of the alpine setting. A spacious panoramic garden welcomes guests with a year-round heated lounge hot tub (37°C), offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Dolomite landscape. The outdoor space also features an al fresco dining table, barbecue area and relaxing lounge corners, perfect for summer lunches, evening aperitifs or quiet moments under the mountain sky. The garden becomes a natural extension of the living space, inviting guests to slow down and fully enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the mountains.
Ski Room
A practical ski room is located within the chalet, offering convenient storage for skis and boots and ensuring a comfortable transition from the slopes back to the warmth of the house.

In winter, the slopes connect directly to the Dolomiti Superski area and the renowned Sellaronda circuit. In summer, the same mountains open to hiking paths, cycling routes and via ferrata trails beneath iconic peaks such as Sas dla Crusc and Piz La Ila.
