This page explains who owns the content published on www.savoringslowly.com (the "Website"), what you may and may not do with it, and how to ask for permission. The Website is operated by Queenlike Concierge S.r.l., Largo Valtournanche 3, 00141 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT number IT17613391006, operating under the brand Savoring Slowly ("Savoring Slowly", "we", "us" or "our"). This page forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Ownership of the content

All the material published on the Website is protected by copyright and by the other intellectual property laws in force in Italy, in the European Union and internationally. This includes, without limitation:

  • the texts, descriptions, editorial content, titles and slogans;
  • the photographs, images, videos, illustrations, drawings, floor plans, maps and graphic elements;
  • the design, layout, structure, colour schemes, typography and overall look and feel of the Website;
  • the names, logos and other distinctive signs appearing on the Website;
  • the source code, software, databases and any other technical component;
  • the selection, arrangement and presentation of all of the above.

This material is either the property of Queenlike Concierge S.r.l. or the property of third parties (such as the owners of the homes, photographers, videographers, authors and partners) who have granted us a licence or an authorisation to publish it on the Website. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owners and is used with their permission. The publication of any material on the Website never implies that it is free of rights or that it may be used by others.

2. Reserved rights

All rights are reserved. No part of the Website and none of its content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, stored, printed, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast, translated, adapted, edited, cropped, modified, combined with other material or otherwise used, in whole or in part, in any form, by any means and on any medium, whether existing now or developed in the future, without our prior, explicit and written consent obtained in the manner described in Section 5.

In particular, and without limitation, the following are prohibited without such consent:

  • reproducing or publishing the photographs, videos or texts of the Website, or extracts of them, on other websites, blogs, portals, online marketplaces, booking or listing platforms, printed publications, brochures, presentations or advertising material;
  • posting, re-posting or sharing the photographs, videos or texts of the Website on social networks, messaging services or content platforms, other than by sharing a link to the Website itself;
  • using any content of the Website to promote, describe or list a property, a service or a business, including the same properties presented on the Website, on any other channel;
  • using the content of the Website for commercial purposes of any kind, including by competitors, agencies, intermediaries, tour operators, property managers or rental operators;
  • copying, scraping, crawling, mining, indexing or extracting content from the Website by automated means, robots, scripts or similar tools, other than the indexing performed by public search engines for the sole purpose of displaying links to the Website;
  • using the content of the Website, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, test or feed artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, generative tools or datasets. We expressly reserve the rights of text and data mining provided for by Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and by the corresponding provisions of Italian law;
  • framing, embedding, hotlinking or in-line linking of the pages, images or videos of the Website within other websites or applications, and any presentation of the content that hides or alters its origin;
  • removing, hiding or altering copyright notices, credits, watermarks, metadata or other rights information contained in the content;
  • creating derivative works, montages, translations or adaptations based on the content of the Website;
  • registering, using or imitating the names, logos and distinctive signs appearing on the Website, or any confusingly similar sign, as trademarks, domain names, company names, social media handles or otherwise.

3. Permitted use

You may view the pages of the Website on your device and, for your strictly personal, private and non-commercial use, print or save a temporary copy of individual pages for the sole purpose of considering or planning a stay with us. This use is permitted only if the content is not modified, if the copyright notices and credits are retained, and if the content is not communicated, transmitted or made available to others.

You may also share a plain link to the home page or to a specific page of the Website, provided that the link takes the user directly to the Website, that the page is displayed in full and in its original form, and that the link does not suggest any association, sponsorship or endorsement between you and us that does not exist. We reserve the right to require the removal of any link at any time.

Any use not expressly permitted by this page is prohibited. The limitations and exceptions to copyright provided for by the applicable law (for example quotation for the purposes of criticism or review, within the limits and with the acknowledgement of the source required by law) remain unaffected.

4. No licence

Nothing contained on the Website, and no dealing with us, may be construed as granting, expressly, by implication or otherwise, any licence, assignment or right to use any content of the Website or any intellectual property right belonging to us or to third parties. The availability of content on the internet, the absence of a copyright notice on an individual item, the possibility of technically downloading a file, our silence or the lack of an immediate reaction to a use of our content never constitute consent, tolerance or waiver of our rights.

5. How to request permission

Your request should identify the person or organisation making the request, the exact content concerned (with the address of the page on which it appears), the intended use, the medium, the territory, the duration and any commercial purpose. We will examine each request individually. Where the content belongs to a third party who has licensed it to us, we may need to obtain the consent of that third party or refer you to them.

Consent is valid only if it is granted expressly, in writing and by certified email (PEC) from the address above, and only within the limits, for the purposes and for the period stated in it. Any consent may be subject to conditions, including the indication of credits and of the source, and may be revoked at any time. No consent may be inferred from telephone conversations, ordinary emails, instant messages, social media interactions or any other form of communication. We may refuse any request at our sole discretion and without giving reasons.

6. Third-party content, credits and licences

Where content of the Website is provided by third parties, it is published under a licence or an authorisation granted to us, which does not extend to any other person. Such content may not be used without the separate consent of its owner, in addition to ours, and may be subject to specific credit requirements. Where credits are indicated, they must always be reproduced together with the content in any use authorised by us.

Links to third-party websites and services are provided for convenience only. The content of those websites and services belongs to their respective owners and is governed by their own terms of use and intellectual property notices, over which we have no control.

7. Enforcement

Any unauthorised use of the content of the Website constitutes an infringement of the rights of Queenlike Concierge S.r.l. and, where applicable, of the third parties who own the content, under Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941 on copyright and related rights, the Italian Civil Code, the Italian Industrial Property Code, the applicable European Union legislation and the international conventions on the protection of intellectual property, as well as, for uses that take place in the United States, the United States Copyright Act (Title 17 of the United States Code) and the other applicable laws. Infringements may give rise to civil liability, including injunctions, the removal of the infringing content, the seizure of the material and compensation for damages, and, where provided for by law, to criminal liability.

We monitor the use of our content and we reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate to protect our rights and those of our licensors, including sending formal notices, requesting the removal of content from websites, platforms, search engines and social networks, and bringing proceedings before the competent courts, without prior warning.

8. Reporting an infringement

If you believe that content published on the Website infringes your copyright or other rights, or if you notice that content of the Website is being used elsewhere without permission, please let us know.   • your name, address, telephone number and email address, and, where you act on behalf of the rights holder, evidence of your authority to do so;
  • a description of the work or material that you believe has been infringed, and evidence of your rights in it;
  • the exact location of the material you are reporting (the address of the page and, where relevant, the file);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law, and that the information provided is accurate;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We will review every notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material concerned and inform the party that provided it.

9. Changes to this page

We may update this page at any time to reflect changes in the content of the Website, in the licences we hold or in the applicable law. The date at the top of the page indicates when it was last revised. The use of the Website after the publication of an updated version implies acceptance of the new version.

10. Governing law and contact

This page and any dispute concerning the content of the Website are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome, Italy, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions on jurisdiction applicable to consumers and to our right to take action before any other competent court to protect our intellectual property rights.
